HOUSERULES
- Check-in starts from 15:00 on. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage for free. For your convenience the reception is available 24 hours a day, you can check in any time after 15:00.
- Check-out is until 11:00. Please check out at the front desk. We can also store your luggage at the day of check-out for free.
- Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed (charges may apply). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
- If you do not check-in by 6 am (in the night following the day of arrival), the system will automatically put your room as a ‘no show’. This means the reservation is cancelled, but the obligation to pay for the amount according to the cancellation policy remains. Please let us know if you arrive after midnight, so we can hold the room for you.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Baby’s up to 24 months can stay for free, please note we do not have baby cots. Children above 2 years old are considered a person.
- Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.
- For check-in all guests are required to show valid government-issued ID/Pasport to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements and valid credit card for preauthorization.
- Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
- Your identification documents and cards will be validated upon arrival, credit cards are checked by pre-authorisation
- Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a €250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes etc.
- For your and our safety (and that of other guests), covering our fire detector is prohibited. For this offense a fine of €250 will be charged.
- It is prohibited to have more persons in the room than the number checked in and registered.
- Pets are not allowed.
- When damaging hotel property, one will be held liable for repair and/or renewal costs.
- At various places in public areas there are cameras, and guests agree that recordings can be made of them while they are in our hotel. In case of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings can be shown as supporting material to the authorities.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
